Bestfriends

Well these are my friends its our last year for us it will be sad to leave Pt England School when you have other friends that are year 7s we will miss each other and our other friends. Stephanie and Brooke are like 2 of my best mates that i can tell them how i feel or tell them my secreats they'd keep anything i tell them to themselves. Aliza she just started last year she's pretty and everyone would love to be her friend Cael she was just the person that always makes me laugh all the time Chylsea she's just a good girl and good to kick back with.   And Awhina she's just sometimes annoying and can start trouble  with me or others i see her everyday and morning shes my twin sister and ilove her.

Im  older than Awhina by 2 minutes ok!!!

Denim Yr 8 Camp

As we were getting ready to go to  CYC Ngaruawahia  we played a few games just waiting for the other bus to come once the other bus came we started loading all the gear on the bus.

We all started cruising down to CYC Ngaruawahia it was a long trip there were a few people singing,sleeping,talking and listening to music. Once we got there all of us started running to the playground some of us were having morning tea.

Then once we finished we started following Mr Barks we were going on a long walk. Then we saw cute roly puppies. We walked up this steep as hill everyone was tired as then we’d stop and wait for everyone else to come.

Everyone was so tired we had a little rest then started walking again. I was sweating and tired my legs was sore but I still kept on going till we reached the top. Once we reached the top it was time for going down.

There were some slipping falling over and braking trees, Me and Aliza were holding on to each other. I was going fast down this steep hill and crashed into Shawn then we started walking again it was a long long long as walk we walked more than 2000.


Once we made it we all had a rest then when we got back to camp we started doing our Activities. The group that I was in was Ngaruawahia A with Miss Va'afusuaga

How To Make A Toy

How To Make A Teddy Bear:

You Will Need:

*1 Cotton

* 2 buttons

* some foam

* Paper

* Glue

* Needles

Size & Colours:

Red , Black , Blue

size: Medium



Method:
1. I am going to draw the shape of the teddy bear on  piece of paper and colour it brown.

2. Then scrunch the cotton up and glue the shape of the teddy bear on to the cotton.

3.  Glue the buttons on the teddy bear.

One scary day

On a windy cold day my friends and I went for a run through the bush. It was dark, the trees were  blowing from side to side and I could hear howling noises. My shoes were muddy and wet because it was starting to rain. We were running on top of small tiny rocks.

We came to a bridge that was long and skinny. I could see people in a boat go past from under the bridge. It reminded me of a dream I had the night before of a similar thing.

Suddenly the bridge shook like there was an earthquake happening.
I screamed and grabbed the side of the bridge. I closed my eyes and waited for the shaking to stop. “What just happened?” I said.

One of the boats hit the bridge. Luckily nobody got hurt.

IXL

We have been using a site called IXL for maths. I have been enjoying using IXL because  its fun to use. This is my Certificate for spending 1 hour on IXL.
